1. General Return Policy
  • Eligibility Window: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the gear shows signs of use or damage not reported upon initial receipt.

  • Currency: All refunds and transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if:

  • Wrong Item: You received an item you did not order (e.g., 14oz gloves instead of 16oz).

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product is found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault (e.g., a stitching failure or leather flaw).

  • Incorrect Fit/Change of Mind: The item is unused and within the 30-day window, allowing for an exchange or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days after the delivery date.

  • Items showing excessive wear or misuse.

  • Gift cards (non-refundable).

  • Clearance or sale items designated as “Final Sale.”

4. International Returns (Non-US Orders)

For international customers, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our Houston headquarters: 3307 Texas St, Houston, TX 77003, United States.

  • Customs/Duties: The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned package is correctly marked and clears US Customs. Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred by Martinez Boxing Houston on a refused or returned package will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment in USD.

  • Timing: Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is approved for the refund to officially post to your account, as processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
